Thank you for shopping at PokeMania! We strive to ensure your Pokémon cards reach you safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle orders and deliveries.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

For orders shipped with a tracking number, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take great care to ensure your order is packaged securely, we are not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order does not arrive or is damaged, please contact us at pokemania@xerxesgroup.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, replace your items at no additional cost.
