  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., earrings, underwear, swimwear if hygiene seal is broken).

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
