Liability Policy for Delayed, Lost, or Misrouted Orders
 

1. Overview
At Pokemania, we strive to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, lost, or misrouted shipments. This policy outlines our liability regarding supplementary costs incurred due to such issues.
 

2. Delayed Orders
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing). Pokemania is not liable for any supplementary costs incurred by the customer due to delayed orders, including but not limited to:
 

  • Loss of potential earnings

  • Additional shipping costs for expedited replacement orders

  • Third-party fees incurred due to delays
     

3. Lost Orders
If an order is confirmed lost by the courier, we will either:

  • Provide a full refund, or

  • Send a replacement order at no additional cost to the customer. Pokemania is not responsible for any supplementary costs associated with lost shipments beyond the refund or replacement.
     

4. Misrouted Orders
In cases where an order is misrouted due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reroute or resend the package. If the error is caused by our shipping partner, we will work to resolve the issue at no extra cost to the customer.
 

5. Responsibility for Costs of Goods Return
In accordance with UK consumer law, Pokemania is responsible for covering the costs of returns, regardless of the reason for the return, unless explicitly stated otherwise. This includes:
 

  • Returns due to faulty, incorrect, or damaged goods.

  • Change-of-mind returns within the statutory period, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
     

If a customer wishes to return an item, they must contact us to arrange the return process. Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly stated on our product listings and terms of service.
 

6. Claims and Disputes
Customers must report lost, delayed, or misrouted orders within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Claims can be made by contacting our support team with the order details and tracking information.
